My cat Khalise received excellent care and the vet techs and vets shared pertinent information each step of the way. Highly recommend.

They were incredibly patient, kind, and understanding every time we brought our cats in. They thoroughly explained all options to us and explained any and all questions we had about procedures and medications. And in the end when we unfortunately lost our one boy, they were sympathetic and made us feel comforted. Would recommend for vet care.

I have taken my dogs there for a few years and haven't had too many issues other than with 1 provider. I have labrador retrievers in which I breed and have taken them to MVC for their regular care, ultrasounds and xrays of puppies and then puppy visits. I was seen on 04/07 for a puppy count and have always been told to call in to the vet if labor stalls for more than 2 hours. I did just that on 04/13 as it had been 2 hours. I was looking for advice on what to do or what to watch for. The receptionist Trinity told me all the vets and techs were in rooms that she would get the message back to them and call me back. Mind you, I have always been told after about 2 hours between puppies it is semi-emergent. Another hour goes by and I call back to see what further instructions I needed. Once again was told by Christy that everyone was busy and she can't just pull anyone out of the rooms. Which I do understand. She then was able to ask a tech and I was told to just take her into the emergency vet. I asked if I could please get one of the vets input so I can let her know exactly what was going on and get the vets opinion. She said she would try to get the message back to her but she is fully booked and not sure when she could even get back to me. About 15 min later I received a call stating that Dr. Grove said she is not worried about it that she is fine if she isn't in distress. Again side note this has been about 4 hours since she had her last puppy and is pretty much an emergency. It was extremely difficult getting an answer from anyone but you are told to call in for help and you can't get any. I called around to 2 different vets in Greencastle and not even being a patient there, they gave me more infor than straight from a vet than I could get at this place. Why tell patients to call in for an emergency during birth if 1. You won't get a doctor asap to call back or give advice and 2. Have no options to even help in that situation. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted like this wasn't a serious matter and that I was bugging them. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and will never bring any animal to their office again.
