I’m disappointed with my experience regarding my pet’s dental procedure and follow-up care. The discharge instructions stated that follow-up evaluation would be available if post-operative symptoms continued, and also noted that limited dental imaging was performed with acknowledgment of possible missed issues. When I attempted to schedule a recheck due to ongoing concerns, I was told it was “too late” to be seen, which contradicts the discharge instructions, as they do not state a specific cutoff timeframe for follow-up care. I reached out to the clinic less than 4 weeks after the initial procedure. Her discharge paperwork mentioned a 2-week healing period for initial recovery, but also indicated that follow-up should be arranged if symptoms persisted. Communication has been inconsistent, and I was not able to get clear guidance on how to proceed despite my pet continuing to show symptoms that were included in the clinic’s own criteria for re-evaluation. The clinic also did not respond to my request to speak with someone by phone. I would encourage others to do their own research before choosing this clinic.

Kind, well-handled, clean, don't overprice visits. Very concerned to not allow more aggressive pets tromatize others. Even have a separate area for cats to wait. Long flight of stairs from the front entry, drive to the back for far easier back door entry.

We got our small doggie there. She came from a south Carolina high kill shelter. The staff was friendly and helpful. This place really helps you with dog food and anything else you would need the veterinary help is excellent
