⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could leave 10 stars, I would Our West Highland Terrier, Griffey, has been seeing Dr. Michler for years, and I’m fairly certain she might actually be the greatest doctor ever — not just for dogs, but possibly for all living creatures on Earth. Dr. Michler somehow manages to combine the medical knowledge of a veterinary genius, the patience of a saint, and the bedside manner of someone who genuinely loves every animal that walks through the door. Griffey struts into the office like he owns the place, which tells you everything you need to know. Dogs have incredible instincts, and ours clearly believes he’s visiting a trusted friend who also happens to have access to treats and medical expertise. Dr. Michler takes the time to explain everything, answer every question (even the ones that probably sound ridiculous coming from overly concerned dog parents), and she treats Griffey like he’s the most important patient of the day. Let’s be honest: when your dog needs care, you want someone who is brilliant, compassionate, and calm — and Dr. Michler checks every one of those boxes. At this point I’m convinced that if Griffey could write reviews himself, he would say: “Dr. Michler is the greatest doctor ever. 12/10. Would absolutely get my temperature taken again.” If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, knows exactly what she’s doing, and somehow makes the whole experience positive for both pets and their humans, Dr. Michler is simply the best. Griffey gives two paws up. 🐾

Good Hope is filled with amazing staff that care about the animals that come thought the front doors. They will work with what is best for you and your beloved pet.

Can't say enough good things about Good Hope. Sadly our beloved beagle's time had come. The professionalism of all the staff and empathy shown was beyond measure. We trusted them with the end of life care and cremation and they were genuinely caring and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you doesn’t seems adequate but, thank you!
