Very friendly staff at a time that I really needed it. Took good care of my fur baby when she was hit by a car and broke her leg.

I sued them for malpractice. I didn't accept their settlement offer but I'm sure they enjoyed spending money on their lawyer. I would never again take my animals to this incompetent clinic. I know of several animals that have died under their care. I'd recommend you stay away from this place. They break the law and I have proof. Send me a message if you have questions.

I have so much to say bout this place, but I’m going to start with this. We’ve never had any issues UNTIL this year. My most recent visit made me so unhappy and wanted to walk out and go somewhere else. While I was waiting for my dog, one of the techs (I’m assuming) came in to ask me a question. Right of the bat she was very rude and has such a bad attitude as if she were a teenager. Giving me this for something that was completely out of my control and was acting like I neglected my dog. I did what I was told, until I couldn’t because my regular vet was unable to complete something that Lititz wanted done. My dog went 4 extra days because I was unable to call off work to drive 2 hours and wait around for god knows how long so Lititz could do what they needed. That tech should NOT be working with clients if she’s going to have an attitude like a 15 year old, she made me very upset. Like I said, I have more to say because this place has gone downhill.
