We’re so glad we found North Penn, and we’re deeply grateful to have them nearby. Everyone there has been wonderful with our two rabbits—kind, attentive, and reassuring. Shari and Dawn especially have been incredible: knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. We can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they’ve given our rabbits. It means a lot to know they’re in such good hands.

We've been using NPAH for almost 10 years now for our 5 dogs. They are definitely the best veterinary office I've been to. They are always friendly, organized, and accommodating with emergencies (which we have unfortunately had a lot of). We normally see Dr. Hatfield for our wellness exams because some of our dogs are very nervous and one is generally afraid of men. She is always super sweet with them and understands how to handle their nervousness safely for the dog and everyone in the room. She also helps our senior pit bull manage her chronic UTIs as well as pain due to hip dysplasia, ACL damage, and arthritis. Under the care of Dr. Hatfield, Brooklyn has been feeling much better and moving around as great as a 12 year old pitty can. With our emergencies, we've recently seen Dr. Rosignoli who performed bladder stone removal surgery on our senior pit bull. She was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job with the surgery and Brooklyn did amazing recovering because of the great job Dr. Rosignoli did. Dr. Johnson has seen our senior puggle for wound care after he has been victim of attacks. He is always very nice and also knowledgeable and makes sure to explain things in detail. Last but certainly not least, we've been seeing Dr. Engler recently for a more sever wound on our senior puggle. He had been attacked (yes, again) and had his right arm broken. 2 bones were broken, one of which was broken into 3 pieces. Dr. Engler was on call the day our dog attacked Cody (puggle). He was so understanding of our situation and sympathetic when we had to make the heartbreaking, incredibly difficult decision to euthanize our aggressive dog after years of training and behavioral veterinary care for the safety of our other dogs and child. Dr. Engler was so amazing with Cody's care, getting him comfortable and bandaged until the risk of infection from the bite wound was gone and he could safely perform surgery. I had my doubts about Cody recovering well due to his age (15 & 1/2) but Dr Engler did such an amazing job that Cody is definitely on his way back to normal in just over 5 weeks. The vet techs and reception staff are also all wonderful. Unfortunately we see too many of them and I'm terrible at remembering names, but they are seriously all beyond helpful, caring, understanding, and just wonderful people. 10/10 would always recommend NPAH and their incredible staff.

Last minute calls they somehow fit in. Don't know about price but I don't put a price on my animals care. Very responsive and great staff.
