There are not enough words to properly thank the incredible team at VCA Animal Healing Center for the level of compassion, kindness, and care they provide every single day. Through both the happiest moments and the hardest ones imaginable, they have been nothing short of extraordinary. Dr. Ramirez is truly one of a kind. The level of empathy, patience, knowledge, and genuine love she shows toward every animal is something so special, and it is immediately felt the moment you walk through the doors. You can tell this is not just a profession to her and the team. They truly care, deeply, about every pet and every family they welcome in. When my beloved Theodore crossed the rainbow bridge after 13 beautiful years, the entire staff made one of the hardest days of my life feel peaceful, comforting, and filled with so much dignity and love. It is impossible to explain how much that meant to me. They treated Theodore with such gentleness and respect, and they treated me with such compassion during an incredibly heartbreaking moment. I will never forget the kindness they showed us. What stands out most about VCA Animal Healing Center is that every single person there makes you feel seen, heard, supported, and cared for. From the front desk team to the technicians to the doctors, there is a warmth and sincerity that is incredibly rare. You never feel rushed. You never feel like “just another appointment.” It is so obvious how much they genuinely love animals and how invested they are in their wellbeing. Now, being able to bring Alvin to the very same team gives me so much comfort and peace of mind. I am absolutely over the moon knowing he will grow up surrounded by the same incredible care, attention, and love that Theodore received throughout his life. They are beyond a class act in every possible way. Thank you to Dr. Ramirez and the entire VCA Animal Healing Center family for everything you do, for the compassion you show, and for the love you pour into the animals and people who walk through your doors. You make an immeasurable difference during both life’s most joyful moments and its most difficult ones.

Best vet ever! If it weren’t for Dr. Marx and the team, I’m not sure my boy would still be here; healthy and happy at age 14! They caught his cancer early on, and have provided excellent care and service. The are knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and I can tell they love their patients and what they do. Highly recommend!! All of the doctor’s are excellent. My other dog see’s Dr. Ramirez who is a new addition to the team, and she is a perfect fit for the warm and caring culture of this VCA location!
