This place has gotten too big to really help and care for their customer base. Our dog was very sick this week and we were advised there were no appointments til June but just to keep calling back to see if any cancellations. We had to take our pup to an animal hospital bc of lack of appointments. We called back a few days later as our pup had to be put down as she was suffering and same response. We don’t have any appointments and we’re not sure when we can fit you in but just try and call back tomorrow. What good is it to have a vet that can’t see your sick dog for over a month. We had to take our dog back to the animal hospital to get put down. We have talked to several other ppl who have always used this nonantum and all have the same feeling. They have gotten too big and do not have care and support like they use to back in the day. We will not be back

I have used Nonantum for years for both my dogs and cats. Until recently, their service was the best you could find but recent changes have us very unhappy. They have lost many of their regular vets, they try to push you into getting pet prescriptions through their service no they no longer have emergency/same day appointments. I had to take my dying cat to a local urgent care instead of the vet I had loved and trusted. I will be finding a new vet.
