Northern Tier Veterinary Clinic has the absolute best people! Easter Sunday night, My Flossie Mae was SO sick. I was absolutely terrified. I called the emergency vets in Olean and Henrietta, they were at capacity. Then I remembered Doc Saxton. I called not really expecting anyone to answer, and sure enough, he did. I drove down from Hornell to Knoxville, and he and his vet tech, Nicole were there waiting for me. They treated Flossie (and me) with such care. They explained everything so well that even in my panicked state, I understood everything. They called every day for 2 days checking on her and assured me if I needed anything, to call any time. Flossie is now completely back to her bouncy, happy self thanks to Doc. I can't recommend enough! ♥️♥️♥️
