I started going to this vet in January because my mouse's eye ruptured due to an infection. This is the only vet I have been to that would have been willing to operate on such a small animal, and they mentioned it like they do it everyday and it was just the most reasonable next step. The surgery was a success and they were even able to get a cone on him that lasted for two weeks. He had several other complications over the next few months, but they always had a new solution and never gave up. They also allowed me to send photos of his enucleation site via email to make sure it was looking okay in between appointments. He is doing alright now! The staff were always calm, kind, informative, and personable. I drive two hours to get here, and this will always be my go-to exotic vet from now on.

Dr. Rassin and her team are so compassionate and knowledgeable about what they do! They truly cared about the health of my guinea pig, and kept me updated on his status when he was going through surgery. The staff is so kind and understanding. I highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough good things about this office. After calling about 15 different offices for my sick bunny on a Saturday they didn’t hesitate to get us in that day. We ended up having to put our bunny Flop down but everyone was so comforting and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They explained everything to us and were very knowledgeable. I am so happy I found this office and will use them in the future. Dr. Rassin was the best and I appreciated her sympathy and her comforting words, and Kevin was awesome too.

Prompt and professional with our rabbit, Lola. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, caring. We are blessed that they took our appointment in an emergency.
