Very confusing set up not professionally run from such a big corporation. I have been coming to these vacancination pop ups is what I call them for years and the decline in professionalism is embarrassing. I wish I had space to list from getting skipped, staff not knowing what your there for or what to sell you after you have already prechecked your pet in, make shift lines, picnic table in corner where merch is stored. And for what I paid I could have been seen individually at a vet office where is cleaner, the stock boy isn't trying to tie his shoe and remember his name and figure out where his iPad is which isn't online or sinct with other units being used by staff. Last 2 times witnessed 2 attacks of animals in line coming through door it's a confusing mess and im disappointed that for what I pay there isn't a more professional set up. You have to make more there than grooming and they have a whole area that I never see anyone in, behind glass, secure, and organized I won't be back..
