Dr. Lohr and Dr. G are amazing! They are caring, compassionate, and thorough even with challenging patients. My shy cat went to another vet and received a very cursory exam- they made no real effort because he was frightened (not hissing or growling, just shaking with fear). Dr. Lohr gave him a thorough examination and recommended that four teeth be extracted. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I took my two very shy/scared cats in for their annual visit and vaccines. Dr. Lohr was very understanding and patient with my kitties. The entire staff was great and prepared. I’m thankful for this practice who took the time to work with my misunderstood cats.

Dr. G and Dr. L have big hearts for animals. They’ve gone above and beyond to help “hopeless” cases. We had a neonate kitten that was failing to thrive and were turned away from other vets that weren’t comfortable even seeing her. Middle Road Vet clinic helped us out and gave us a treatment plan to try to get her to thrive. They took a kitten that was on death’s doorstep and helped her recover and thrive to the beautiful kitten she is today. I’ve attached pictures to show her “before” and “after”.

Middle Road saved my cat's life! Pretzel came to MRAC as a patient after being rescued from a hoarding situation. She was shut down and had a variety of health issues. Dr. Lohr was behind her 100% from the very beginning and never stopped advocating to get her the care that she needed to become healthy. Pretzel is so happy with her little life now, and I'm forever grateful to know all of the kind folks working at Middle Road - they are truly in your pet's corner. Dr. L and Dr. G go above and beyond every day to make sure their patients get the highest standard of care. Thank you, MRAC for seeing how beautiful and deserving my cat could be, even when she looked her worst.
