Update 5/14/2026 Hands down the best veterinary practice I’ve ever been to. They always accommodate last minute requests and always provide excellent care. I’ll never go elsewhere Love this practice! They take urgent calls seriously and accommodate. They’re punctual and reliable and that’s why I’ve started to move all of my animals over here and will continue to do so with all of them. It’s really appreciated that they always answer the phone and they are always polite and helpful! I know that should always be the norm, but it’s not everywhere. So happy to have found this vet hospital! Update 7/10/2025: another wonderful experience here. My dog broke a tooth and urgently needed dental care and this practice accommodated it and got her in the next day for surgery! Since my original review, I’ve been there 4 more times with more animals and, each time, Dr Baeza and his staff have been wonderful **picture of my 14 y/o for attention**

The receptionists were nice to me in the beginning but caught an attitude when I said I can’t pay 1k for my services and hung up early on me. They also included many services on the bill I wouldn’t have needed in the first place. When I came in for my first appointment, unfortunately the doctor was a little loud and scared my cat, he was nice otherwise! I’m not saying this in search for a response from the animal hospital, just warning future patients and giving honest feedback.

My sweet girls are the best thing that happened to me🫶 I took my girls to there previous vet on the 28th of April and the one got diagnosed with an ear infection… over the course of time I noticed as I gave her medicine something was off. After 5 days of meds for the so called ear infection and no results I stopped the medication due to Miss Mia constantly being uncomfortable. Always stick to your instincts when it comes to animals. I called my vet and told them what was wrong they gave me no answer and said “there’s nothing we can do at the moment” so me being the crazy animal lady I am and not liking that answer may 7th I got a second opinion and went to a different vet which was dr B because I picked up on unusual behavior with them. Upon inspecting them really well with Dr B it turns out it was never an ear infection it’s a fungal infection called ringworm that both my girls got from Petsmart. I want to thank Dr B from Street Road Animal Hospital for saving my baby girls. If it wasn’t caught it would’ve gotten even worse If you guys ever need a vet who is great and specializes in everything you can think of please go to him. With anti fungal meds, Miconazole liquid lotion & Miconahex Shampoo once a week im confident this shall go away. He is a doctor who sees all pets and I mean yes even the snakes and the office is spotless you walk in smells like bleach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

We have taken our dog here since she was a puppy and she has bad allergies and needs lots of shots. The staff here is excellent, sweet, and top notch. Highly recommended.
