Tammy, the receptionist was very nice. Atmosphere was rather dreary and dull. Not particularly an uplifting first visit. Staff was informative, but I had to ask alot of my own questions, pertaining to the reason for my visit, and to obtain cost for the serviced suggested. I returned a call to receive my dogs test results, only to find the office closed before the office hours said. Return call, resulted in a one hour wait for someone to be available to call me back.... which did not happen. I called again, waited, ... recieved results. When I went in for meds, the receptionist told me what I should have been told by a staff member ( vet)... also could not give me a follow up date after administering the meds, never received information from vet. Not enough staff, compassion level of staff was not at all what I had hoped for.
