I can't thank Dr Bouzaut and his staff enough for the care our 7 year old cat received over the weekend. We brought her to his office as an emergency after vomiting and seizing, they were able to diagnose liver failure within 20 minutes and immediately began treatment. Two days later her blood levels had improved tremendously and shes home! They saved her life. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care our princess received..

I really appreciated the way I was taken care of and how fast they took us in when I called letting them know my cat was actively dying. Everyone was very kind and helpful an it wasn't a long drawn out process which I really appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you again to all the staff that helped us today!

I am not one to bash businesses… but when it comes to my dog.. I will. I brought my 5 year old Rottweiler in. Was told she had severe arthritis after X-rays… was told to give antibiotics and pain meds.. after refusing pain medication I brought her back, her chart weighed her at 104 pounds “ which she’s never been, I looked at the scale and she was 80lbs.. the doctor told me the librela shot was a great shot and he has seen great results.. we tried it. That was March 19th… after a few weeks my dog stopped eating, couldn’t walk and her back legs were giving out on her… I brought her back, they did a recheck X-rays and blood work.. he told me her calcium levels were cancer high, flat out told me I should euthanize her that day.. never gave me any other options and sent me home with a dog in pain… I got a second opinion, she does in fact most likely have cancer but was talked too like a human and given other opinions other than euthanasia.. she’s now on a steroid shot and thriving, she was given more days and a second chance.. she’s eating and she’s being herself. I am so angry with the fact that the only option was to put her to sleep, there was 0 bedside manner, 0 care that this dog was only 5 years old.. and still had life left in her.. his chart said she lost 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months.. and she only lost 12 pounds. I might not get long with my dog but, if I would’ve listened to him she wouldn’t have had any days left when she is still happy, eating and loving life. I am so disappointed that this place even exists and I feel for the vet techs, they are truly amazing and deserve better.

My dog split his nail horizontally from tip to paw. Took him in and the vet looked said the nail has to come completely out. I asked when they could do this and he said now. He didn’t want a chance of infection. They knocked him out removed the nail, gave me meds and off we went. Two days later I remove the bandage and it looked ugly, but healing perfectly. The service was great the price was fair and I felt they really cared. Thank you!!! Joe
