Very overpriced. I’ve used them for years & never had an issue just going for regular visits, until I had a sick cat. My 3 year old cat was very sick. I was charged $1200 just for X-rays, bloodwork, & medication. I just feel like $1200 is more like “emergency vet” prices. The front desk staff isn’t very pleasant, but that was never a big deal to me before. Dr. Ariel isn’t very compassionate. I was very worried about my 3 year old cat and at our first visit she just came out and said “Well, I can tell you that nothing good is going to cause these issues in a 3 year old cat”. Then at our follow up she just nonchalantly says “Well we could euthanize him today if you want”. Which blew my mind that she thought we’d even consider that. When my husband brought up other concerns, she just kinda seemed to brush him off, like she had already decided there wasn’t anything else she could do for our cat so it didn’t matter. Although my poor boy likely had cancer & nothing would have changed the outcome, I can’t help but feel like Dravosburg missed something. And even if they didn’t, the staff needs to learn how to be more compassionate to owners of sick animals. My sweet boy unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge.. (we had him put to sleep using a different vet because I couldn’t stand the idea of his last moments being with Dravosburg.) Overall I just feel like all they wanted was my money, with no compassion at all for caring for my sick baby.
