Dr. Feinsod is extremely knowledgeable and by far the best exotic vet I’ve taken my animal to. I’m convinced he saved my pet by letting me know about a diet I had never even heard of or been told about by any other vet. I am grateful for all his help. Also, the front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kimberly who was a huge help and just the nicest person! Thank you!

They did a great job on the cremation of my cat at a very fair price

Unfortunately, I had multiple family emergencies that required me to reschedule appointments at the last minute. It was not my intention to have to do this. Despite explaining that we had serious family situations happen which caused us to have to reschedule the vet now REFUSES to see our reptiles. They would prefer the animals go without care because personal tragedies we experienced caused us to reschedule appointments. This isn't the way to treat people or animals, particularly when they were open with you about why the appointments needed to be rescheduled.
