The staff was good, the vet took the time to actually listen to what I was saying. Then the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate that.

Dr Konzel is fantastic. Very good to my animals and her skill set is unmatched in the region.

She did everything she knew to help us save our dog. Unfortunately it wasnt enough but we are great full to her for the help.

I called with an emergency and they were able to get me in almost within the hour. All of the staff were kind and they treated my dog very well. The vet explained everything to me and even wrote some things down for me to take home to think on.

They were able to get us in quickly even as a new client. After discussing our dogs symptoms and concerns she informed us more than likely Maisy was diabetic. After labs confirmed it, she was very thorough in teaching me how to give Maisy insulin and went over all we needed. The whole staff were and have been great!
