The best of the best. Love Dr. Charile and his staff. They go above and beyond, and they know how to diagnose a problem correctly. Highly recommended.

Dear Line Lexington Veterinary Hospital, I wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the compassionate care you gave to my dog, Storm. She is so much more than a pet—she’s my first rescue, my companion, and a piece of my heart. Seeing her age and face health challenges has been incredibly difficult, but your kindness and support have meant the world to both of us. When Storm needed surgery to have a tumor removed and her teeth looked at I was overwhelmed with worry—not just for her health, but for how I’d be able to afford the care she needed. You not only gave her the expert treatment she required, but you did so with empathy, patience, and an incredible generosity that I will never forget. The fact that you didn’t charge me a lot lifted a weight I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Thanks to you, Storm is more comfortable now. She will be healing, and eating better, and I hope to see a softness in her eyes again. You’ve given her relief—and you’ve given me peace of mind, which is a gift I can never repay. Thank you for treating Storm not just as a patient, but as a beloved soul who deserves dignity and comfort in her later years. And thank you for treating me with such compassion and care as well. My cocker spaniel went in to have surgery there and the doctor and staff could not have been better!!! They were kind, professional and on top of everything. They’re about animal care!

Dr. Malinauskas is the best vet in the area for the most reasonable price. Dr. M told me he provided all the veterinary care for Montgomery County sheriff's K-9 unit for years. He's really thorough, and gives us great insights into what's wrong with our pets. Dr. M cares deeply about the pets, but also about your pocketbook. If there's a cheaper over-the-counter human medication that will work for your dog, he'll advise you to use it instead of the expensive K-9 medicine. Don't let Dr M's office (that hasn't been renovated since the 1970s) put you off in any way. He also charges 1970s prices. The money is not going for a fancy office.
