This is not a place I would recommend taking your pets. I do like to say something positive though, everyone there was very nice. Our dog has an ear infection. It seems like they just want you to keep coming in and paying hundreds of dollars per appointment without actually fixing the problem, or having a plan too. I told them I cannot afford to keep coming in and spend between $200 and $400 per visit for no results. I asked the vet on the phone, I need some kind of plan and she told me I have to come in, even though my dog has been in there multiple times and they know exactly what the problem is, and it would cost me $396.79 for that visit. I told them I had a craniotomy in November and have been going through brain cancer treatments and I cannot afford to keep coming in there and spending hundreds of dollars per visit, but they just seem not to care and want their money anyway they can get it. That is just my observation over the past few months of dealing with them. Our last vet, she passed away about two years ago, her office was on S Limekiln Pike, would have never put me through this. She would’ve had the problem fixed by the time I spent half the money I’ve spent at Central Veterinary Center thus far.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about CVC!!! They were so amazing with my Golden Reuben and made the most difficult, sad time the best it could have been. They are kind, caring, compassionate, and so gentle. What a great team!!!! I will carry the memory of Reuben with the giant cupcake in my heart! Thank you so very much!

The only place I'll take my cat! Honest practice, Amazing staff- the vet bill was affordable, although vet appointments are not cheap.

I used to like central veterinary center, but over the past 2 years all of the staff changed , they are nice but have no idea what is going on. They say they will email you with availability for a surgery and then you don’t hear anything for 2 months. There is no communication, and you shouldn’t have to beg them to take your money with multiple calls trying to schedule something. “Seriously would not recommended this vet”.
