I am very disappointed in the lack of support or understanding especially during my repeated visits for a chronic condition for my 11 y.o. Shihtzu. No hands on examination for 2 visits I had in November. Dr. Gray read my notes and proceeded to make recommendations. After Repeated visits, a compound for my dog’s infection needed to be ordered. The Order was canceled and never advised after 15 days. I found a local pharmacy myself to make it (Aston Pharmacy and they were amazing) Dr.s hours, office manager hours and staff hours are very limited. 9am to 4pm M-F if that. Not acceptable for the needs for a pet. After a few more visits and my dog being treated in your Waiting Room not an Exam Room. I decided to transfer to another Vet in Glen Mills. And, I’m elated. As I now receive the care and treatment needed. With a staff that treats you with compassion and kindness. I hesitated to write this review. And what prompted me was I mentioned all above in a letter to Dr. Gray and his office manager and I never heard back any acknowledgment.

The Doctors are excellent. Takes time with you. Listens to all your concerns.very professional. Did a complete exam on our labrador. Very clean. Staff is excellent.

Our dog was picked up with short cut nails (bleeding), worms, and completely lethargic
