They've helped us keep our fur babies healthy for years. We love the service and the fact that they really care. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.

I am writing this review from my husband's account, as I do not have access to mine. I waited a few months before writing this so I could share a clear and honest experience without seeming emotional. I only brought my late cat here once, but I was there a couple of additional times to pick up medications. While the staff were always kind, I was ultimately very disappointed, especially when it came to managing a more serious condition. My cat had a mass for several months and was completely asymptomatic with normal exams. It was only after the biopsy was performed at this clinic that her condition rapidly declined. She developed heart failure and pleural effusions shortly afterward. I understand procedures carry risk and I cannot prove causation, but the timing has been extremely difficult to ignore. Communication was also very poor. I received a Friday night voicemail with her cancer diagnosis and no direct callback number, and no one followed up that weekend as promised. Referrals to specialists were not properly sent despite being told they were, requiring multiple follow-ups on our end. On top of having a terminally ill pet-family member, this was very stressful and traumatizing. Although I briefly received check-ins, the vet explicitly told me she would follow up after consulting with cardiology regarding my cat’s care, and that update never happened, which makes me wonder. My cat passed not long after a traumatic ICU stay, and no one from the clinic followed up after. We have only received repeated billing messages. We have other pets and have since adopted a new kitten, but we will not be returning or recommending this clinic. I would not suggest this practice for animals with complex medical needs. attached is one of the last pictures we got of our girl.

Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Dash, my dog, loved Dr Bennett. Their treatment plan made sense. Service prices were affordable. My daughterinlw was so impressed she is changing to Akeso clinic for her German shepherd.
