Dr. Ravi is truly a compassionate vet. My cat is fearful of people. Dr. Ravi listened to my concerns and made a plan to examine and vaccinate my cat. He was patient and careful. My cat even let him pet her. We had a great experience. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Ravi and his practice.

We have been very pleased with every visit here. They go above and beyond and out of their way to work with us. from the front desk, staff to the other staff and the vet, everyone has been delightful to work with. I really like that they offer opinions and then give us choices on the care for our pet.

Zeus has suffered from chronic ear problems since he was a puppy. Now that he is eight years old and has been seen by many different doctors without a permanent solution, I had truly lost hope. I had come to terms with the idea that his condition would never be resolved and that I would simply have to continue paying for costly draining procedures. I must admit that when I brought him in for his last appointment, I was initially a bit skeptical when you suggested a different route by administering medicine instead of the draining I had requested. However, the results have been life-changing for him. Zeus has completely stopped shaking his head and rubbing his ears on the carpet. For the first time in years, he is finally free from that constant discomfort. Thank you for your expertise and for taking a different approach when no other doctor could. Not only did you save me a significant amount of money, but more importantly, you have greatly improved Zeus’s quality of life. We are so lucky to have you as our veterinarian Dr Ravi.

I arrived to a very dingey dark, urine smelling waiting room with no one at the front desk. 15 mins after my appointment time I was given my paperwork and finally brought in. I am moving my cat abroad so this paper work is very specific and there is zero room for error. The vet went about the check up like it was a normal exam, and didnt acknowledge why I indicated I was there until I brought it up. I had to correct the vet multiple times about what I needed done (the specific form, microchip verification, and photo) which, if any of this has the slightest error it could cause my cats exportation process to restart the entire 6 months or cause him to be euthanized when he lands in australia. The final straw was while sitting in the waiting room waiting for this document to be printed, a guy was waddling carrying this heavy blue bag that ripped open 2 feet from me AND IT WAS A DEAD DOG. Why do they not have a back door for this! They were carrying bags out the whole time through the waiting room! I cannot trust this place to complete these important forms without errors or having to monitor them like a hawk. The only highlight was the assistant as she was very kind and I could tell by her demeanor she was very customer service oriented. She was excellent on the phone. Avoid this place though.

Dr. Ravi is a really decent, knowledgeable, and caring vet. Today, he heard my concerns about my cat, and we had a good discussion on next steps. He was still in the office after it closed to make sure I was able to receive antibiotics for my cat's condition. Thank you so much for your help and medical expertise.
